There was a tradition among the various political fronts of inviting their own in-house artists to create works for sister organizations. This poster is very similar in format--English and Arabic captions, clear, clean iconography--as well as the context, which in this poster is commemorative, to those of the PFLP.
Marc Rudin, who did a considerable amount of poster work for the PFLP designed several posters for the PFLO. See: Broad Front
