On the floor lies a shattered sign that says: "refugee problem".
The new sign on the wall announces the PLO's redefinition of the role of the UN from being the manager of a "refugee problem" to becoming a new forum for achieving the the goal stated on the new sign: "The national rights of the Palestinian people"
